Weight – The race weight of a dog measured in pounds and taken an hour before the start of the race

Wheel – Betting technique that uses a wheel to produce combinations of key greyhounds in a race

Win bet – Betting that a dog of your choice will finish first

Win percentage – The number of show, place or win finishes divided by the total number of finishes

Winners time – The winning dogs finishing time
